Top monitor displayed on bottom screen.

When the machine powers on the software checks to see what monitors are connected.

It uses this information to determine where to place the video outputs and the touch screen mapping.

If the top monitor is unplugged or powered off when the machine first boots what should be displayed on the top monitor will appear on the bottom and the touch screen will not function

The machine performs this check on every boot so in order to fix the issues follow the below steps.

       1. Check all connections on the monitor.

       2. Check the 12v power into the monitor.

       3. When the display is functioning you will get a small G-Squared logo appear in the centre of the screen.

       4. Once you have this logo reboot the machine.

       5. The machine will now find the display and reconfigure correctly.

If you have followed the above steps and still do not get an image on the top screen then connect the top screen to the PC using a VGA cable to check the monitor working correctly.

If you can get an image by using a VGA cable but not via the HDMI the this indicates a fault with the PC.

This is either caused by a software driver issue or a faulty output on the PC.

The first step will be to re flash the hard disk using the USB Recovery tool.

If this fails then a new PC unit will be required.
